    Are you running a small business—or dreaming of starting one—but need guidance, support, and funding to grow?

    As a Changeover Mentee, you’ll receive:

    One-on-one mentorship from a professional woman in the diaspora

    Business training to help you set goals, budget, market, and grow

    The opportunity to receive a microgrant (up to $500 USD) to invest in supplies, inventory, or equipment

    A community of support to encourage and uplift you

    As a Changeover Mentor, you’ll:

    Offer support, encouragement, and strategic guidance

    Attend virtual training to support your mentorship journey

    Optionally contribute a microgrant (up to $500 USD) to your mentee’s business
